Gorilla Vinyl's Story: Rewind....Year 2006 and one of my close friends makes and manufactures motorcycle parts for Jessie James at West Coast Chopper. He approached me and asked if I would be interested in designing a series of motorcycle wallets in leather. I declined the offer for I did not want to contribute to anything dealing with the killing of animals. Fast Forward...My Ramones album melts on my heater, I need a wallet, the Record Wallet was composed and fabricated. Using reclaimed and recycled materials has quenched my artistic palette. As an artist I was searching for originality, I wanted to create something that had never been done before. It came to be that the "Record Wallet" became an instant classic. People freaked and wanted them for themselves. I still love that itchy-go-scratchy sound and there is really nothing I'd rather hear it on then vinyl.
