Our wallets are made with new & vintage recycled & reclaimed components. Due to this fact, minor blems and wear are expected and tend to be favorable. All return items must be placed in its original packaging. Gorilla Vinyl is not responsible for shipping damages on returned items. Please make sure your items are packaged properly and protected before shipping.
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged item due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours so we can initiate carrier insurance claims on your behalf or provide proper insurance documents so you can process the claim yourself. Please keep the original shipping package in case the shipping carrier requires access to packaging for claims.
